Tramar Lacel, more popularly known as
his stage name Flo Rida (American rapper musician, singer, and songwriter) is a
Carol City, Florida-based artist as a composer, songwriter, and musician. The
breakout hit single from 2008 "Low" was number one for ten weeks in
the United States and broke the record for sales of digital downloads at the
time of its release. The debut album of Flo Rida Mail on Sunday, released in
2008 Mail on Sunday reached number four in America. R.O.O.T.S. succeeded the
album in 2008. His next albums, 2010,'s Only One Flo (Part 1) and 2012's Wild
Ones, also charted on the US Billboard 200 chart. Flo Rida is among the most
popular music artists with more than 80 million albums around the world. His
catalogue includes international popular songs "Right Round",
"Club Can't Handle Me", "Good Feeling", "Wild
Ones", "Whistle", "I Cry", "G.D.F.R. " as
well as "My Home". Mail on Sunday was Flo Rida’s debut album. It was
released in March 2008. The album's first single, "Low", was
featuring T-Pain. The song was included in the soundtrack of Step Up 2: The
Streets. "Low" was ranked as No. "Low" was No. 1 on the
Billboard Hot 100 charts. "Elevator" was a hit with Timbaland and
"In the Ayer," featuring will.i.am and will.i.am, were followed by
"Roll" featuring Sean Kingston. Both charted on the Hot 100 as well.
Mail was awash with guests on Sunday including T-Pain. Timbaland, who produced
the second single "Elevator", is also featured on the track. Rick
Ross, Trey Songz and Trey also appeared. Lil Wayne was featured on
"American Superstar" and Sean Kingston was on "Roll" which
is a J. R. Rotem-produced track that was composed by Compton rapper Spitfiya.
Birdman, Brisco and Yung Joc are also performers. The fourth single was slated to
be "Money Right" featuring Rick Ross and Brisco, however, it was
pulled due to the forthcoming release R.O.O.T.S., Flo Rida’s second studio
album. He also recorded his second collaboration with T.Pain, "I Bet"
and also a collaboration with Trina (titled "Bout It").
